Refund Policy
All of our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of receipt. After 60 days, returns based on defects will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All returns require prior authorization. To start a return, please contact us at returns@misnerswoodshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-defective returns
If the item is not defective and you are simply not happy with the product you receive for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days from receipt. Our goal is to make you happy and we will do everything we can to make it right.
Shipping Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a package arrives with visible damage, it is recommended to refuse delivery. This will require the carrier to return the package to us.
Reports of hidden damages must be made to us immediately after receipt along with a written description of the damages and photos. We will make a claim with the carrier and when the claim is accepted a replacement will be shipped.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
