A Perfect Addition to Any Food Prep Endeavor!

I was inspired to purchase one of these Bench Knives a long time ago while watching an episode of "The Galloping Gourmet". The Galloping Gourmet (Graham Kerr) would whack the clove of garlic with the back of the scraper, chop it up then scoop all of the vegetables along with the garlic and place them into the pot. It wasn't until I started cooking regularly that I realized how great they are!
I hand make these using 430 stainless steel sheets. Each is constructed using all food materials. For a finishing touch they are soaked in a food safe mineral oil bath and hand rubbed using Misner's Woodshop Board Butter.
